Surrounded by nature and crafted with unforgettable experiences in mind, this home is anything but ordinary.

Inside, you'll find a dynamic jungle gym playroom where little ones can climb, imagine, and slide—yes, slide—from the second story straight down to the first floor! It’s an absolute hit with kids and adds a whimsical touch of fun to your stay.

A hidden bunk room concealed behind a secret door sparks delight and wonder, while the private theater room offers cozy, cinematic evenings for all ages. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort and style, providing the perfect retreat after a day of forest exploring or playtime.

The spacious open concept living area and fully equipped kitchen make hosting and gathering effortless, whether it’s for pancake breakfasts, board game marathons, or festive family dinners.

At R&R Retreat, magical memories are made on slides, in secret hideaways, and under the stars. This isn’t just a vacation—it’s where rest and recreation truly come to life.  R&R RETREAT IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME, AND ALSO HAS A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE HOME.

R&R Retreat is located at Three Creeks Reserve, which is conveniently on Hwy 259 just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park, only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Some of region’s best hiking/backpacking is a stone’s throw north on 259 at Winding Stair. Take a breathtakingly beautiful drive on the nearby Talimena Scenic Byway. And if you are so inclined, check out the brand-new Choctaw Casino 5 minutes up Hwy 259 from us.

Our Three Creeks Reserve community has a picturesque community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse with outdoor ping pong tables, pickleball courts, and grounds to congregate with other guests.  Our cabin is directly across the street from the clubhouse and pool. Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined roads and walking trails, as you make your way toward the resort-style amenities that make Three Creeks Reserve the premier vacation destination in Broken Bow. Concierge services ranging from yard signs, photography, to grocery delivery can be arranged by calling us.
